M.anifest (conceived Kwame Ametepee Tsikata, 20 November 1982) is a Ghanaian rapper, artist and lyricist. 

He won Best Rapper and Hip-Hop tune of the year at the 2017 Ghana Music Awards.featured on five melodies on the Rocket Juice and The Moon collection. 

He is the grandson of one of Africa's preeminent ethnomusicologists and arrangers J.H. Kwabena Nketia. In 2012, BBC's crafts program The Strand tipped him as one of four demonstrations to pay special mind to in 2012. 

In 2015 M.anifest's single "Someway bi" procured him a third-place honor in the International Songwriters Competition (ISC). Around the same time, The Guardian named M.anifest as "the first rapper on the landmass.". M.anifest as of now lives in Accra (Madina) and Minneapolis. 

M.anifest is the child of Ghanaian attorney and academician Tsatsu Tsikata and Reverend Dr Priscilla Naana Nketia, a legal advisor and minister. His maternal granddad Joseph Hanson Kwabena Nketia was an author, teacher and ethnomusicologist. 

M.anifest moved to the Twin Cities (Minneapolis-St Paul, USA) in 2001 to go to Macalester College, where he graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in financial aspects. 

M.anifest went to secondary school at SOS-Hermann Gmeiner International College in Tema. He was the amusement regent of his school known as Amet Tsikata. 

He has had craftsman residencies and given talks in St. Lawrence University, University of Ghana, and addressed a few classes in Hamline University, Macalester College (his Alma Mater), Penumbra Theater's Summer Arts Institute, Ashesi University.
