This is no news to many but may still be to others. Rumors have it that Fameye, the ‘Nothing I Get” hitmaker has allegedly parted ways with his management OGB Music, headed by Ogidi Brown. Today on HITZ FM’s Show Biz Review, Fameye categorically stated that although things are not really moving on well between him and his management but they haven’t parted ways as critics put it. A lot of complex questions were poured on him from all angles which he answered them to the best of his knowledge. He went on to revisit the issue of allegedly slapping his manager, which to him was really disheartening that people coined such a story to defame him. He accepted that it’s true they had issues but did not escalate to the point of slapping his manager or vice versa. A lot of messages came in for Fameye from both supporters and accusers. Fameye was asked if his management has gotten its share of the money made through his Europe tour. Fameye answered that no money has been given to the management yet, and he added that it’s not because he’s being greedy to keep all the money but rather because his management is not effectively communicating with him, leaving him no other choice than to keep the money until they eventually and effectively communicate and come into agreement on things. Fameye is one of the currently trending artists in the Ghana music industry. Lets back him with the support he needs so he could enjoy his time and do something significant for the Ghana Music Industry and internationally. That been said, we hope he gives the needed respect to his management and remember where he started from, and where he has in mind going. We also hope the management will come out and give their portion of the story to clear Fameye of all accusations, or at least to let followers of both Fameye and Ogidi Brown know what’s going on.
